“Here is what we want”

An Irregular Special Sailing has been arranged for Tuesday evening 23 June 2015 so that local (NI) crew can have the opportunity of watching Mr. Holmes together. More details, including the venue and time, will be announced in due course. The new film is on general release in the UK and Ireland from Friday 19 June. Watch the trailer here!

Again, for the locals: Don’t forget Murder by Decree at the Belfast Film Festival on Saturday evening 18 April. Details are here (as previously advised).

Those who still haven’t booked their seat(s) for “Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in Belfast: The 1925 Visit”, at the Ulster Hall on Thursday 14 May at 1pm are advised to do so without further delay. The print programme (Front Row) is now available at the Belfast Welcome Centre (Donegall Square North) and at the Ulster Hall Box Office (Bedford Street). Details are also online, as announced in an earlier bulletin.

Don’t miss the superb exhibition at the Museum of London – “Sherlock Holmes The Man Who Never Lived and Will Never Die” – before it closes on 12 April. ✮✮✮✮ ‘Wonderfully evocative…whirrs in as many intriguing directions as the mind of the great man himself’ Telegraph. ‘Excellently satisfying’ The Times. ‘Glorious’ Mark Gatiss.
